At Webbs Turf, we aim to make your turf delivery across Kent and the surrounding areas as straightforward and reliable as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how our delivery process works.
Delivery Vehicles & Access
Most of our deliveries are made using our small transit sized vans, making it easier to access residential roads and tighter spaces. However, some larger orders may be delivered by lorry, so please let us know if you have restricted or tight access to ensure the smoothest delivery possible.
All deliveries are made on a kerbside only basis, meaning your order will be unloaded at the nearest safe access point by the road.
That said, our helpful drivers will always try their best to place your turf where you would prefer, such as on your driveway. This is at the driver’s discretion and depends on safety, access, and site conditions.
Delivery Pricing
Delivery prices vary depending on:
- The product ordered
- Quantity of product ordered
- Your delivery location
All delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout ensuring you always see the full price before confirming your order.
Delivery Times
Turf is typically delivered within three working days of your order being placed.
If you require delivery on a specific day, please let us know at checkout or contact us directly — we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
